Welcome to Siaflor. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of siaflor.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through it. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

By accessing the Site, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Siaflor

Siaflor is a luxury beauty retailer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We curate and sell authentic skincare products from leading Korean, Japanese, French pharmacy, and American clinical beauty brands.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
You will use the Site in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws of Bangladesh

Siaflor reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The revised version becomes effective upon being posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Product Authenticity Guarantee

Siaflor guarantees the authenticity of every product sold on our Site. All products are sourced directly from brand-authorised channels, official distributors, or verified import partners. We do not deal in counterfeit, grey-market, or unauthorised parallel-import goods.

If a product purchased from Siaflor is proven to be inauthentic following our verification process, you are entitled to a full refund as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.

4. Product Information and Skin Sensitivity

Siaflor takes care to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and usage information as provided by the brand. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or formulation may occur due to brand updates, screen display differences, or batch changes.

Beauty products may cause individual reactions depending on skin type and sensitivity. We strongly recommend that you:

Read all ingredient lists carefully before purchase
Patch-test any new product on a small area of skin before full application
Consult a qualified dermatologist if you have known allergies or sensitive skin conditions

Siaflor is a retailer and is not liable for individual skin reactions, sensitivity, or allergic responses arising from the use of any product. Such reactions do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

5. Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Siaflor reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, typographical mistake, or supplier pricing change, Siaflor reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or dispatched.

6. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order on the Site, you will receive an automatic order acknowledgement by email or SMS. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Your order is considered confirmed only after our team verifies it through a phone call. Once confirmed, your order is dispatched to our courier partner.

Siaflor reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Inability to reach the customer for phone verification
Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Site
Suspected COD fraud or a history of refused deliveries
Inaccurate or incomplete order information
Stock unavailability
Pricing or product listing errors
Orders placed for resale or commercial redistribution
Any reason permitted by applicable law

If your order is cancelled by Siaflor, you will be notified through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

7. Payment

Siaflor currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment must be made in full in Bangladeshi Taka at the time of delivery, to our courier representative.

Additional payment methods, including online payment through SSLCommerz, will be introduced in future. Updates will be communicated through the Site.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All matters relating to shipping rates, delivery timeframes, courier partners, and failed deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Returns and Refunds

All matters relating to returns, refunds, replacements, and authenticity claims are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product photographs, written descriptions, design elements, graphics, and layouts — is the property of Siaflor or our content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Siaflor.

Brand names, trademarks, and product imagery belonging to third-party brands sold on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying and selling authentic products.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or our systems
Interfere with the Site's normal operation through automated tools, scraping, or excessive requests
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order
Place orders with the intent to refuse delivery, harass our staff, or disrupt our operations
Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site

Siaflor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siaflor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we make every effort to ensure that the Site operates without interruption and that product information is accurate, Siaflor does not warrant that:

The Site will be available without interruption or error
The information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times
Any product will meet your specific expectations or skin requirements

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siaflor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or any product purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or personal injury.

Siaflor's total liability in connection with any product purchased through the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Bangladesh.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Siaflor, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use or misuse of the Site
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

15. Force Majeure

Siaflor shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, civil unrest, government action, courier service disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Siaflor concerning the use of the Site and the purchase of products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
